Dr. Palmer is both a skilled dentist and anesthesiologist. Dual qualifications allow him to serve 2 year old children with multiple cavities as well as those over 80 years old. Dr Palmer has been practicing for over 25 years and was previously hospital based.

After graduating Case Western Reserve University Dental School in 1974, he completed a general practice residency in Toledo Ohio which had a heavy emphasis on pediatric dentistry.

After completing residency in anesthesia at Medical College of Ohio, he joined the faculty as assistant professor of both Anesthesia and Dentistry and continued working in the operating room for 17 years. The University Hospital was both Pediatric Center and a major referral center for Northwestern Ohio.
